Sir,
As per notification RCM differed till 31st March'2018 but my doubt is that RCM applicable on GTA service, Advocate and CA Services, Consultant and Government Services RCM applicable or not.

No, Only Section 9(4) of CGST act has been suspended i.e purchase / receipt of services from Unregistered Dealer.

Yes... I agreed with both Experts...
Only suspended for sec 9(4) only.. Still applicable sec 9(3) its not suspended...
Also above said GTA Services and Advocate services are under RCM (sec 9(4)).
Other is not applicable RCM...
