08 September 2025 We are a Real Estate Limited Company & registered in Gst, we are paid Commission to our agent (Unregistered Person) on monthly basis.
My Question is gst applicable on us As per RCM Rule.

08 September 2025 No, GST under RCM is not applicable for commissions paid to unregistered agents in real estate business as per current GST law and notifications.
