13 July 2017 we are paying freight to GTA in amount less than Rs 5000 Is such payment exempted from RCM since the amount is less than Rs 5000 the threshold limit upto which a regd dealer can take goods or services from URD in a day

13 July 2017 Vide Notification 08/2017 dated 28/06/2017, reverse charge provisions would not be applicable if the aggregate value of such supplies of goods or service or both received by a registered person from any or all the suppliers, who is or are not registered, does not exceed Rs. 5000 in a day.
