we have received the invoice from pvt ltd related to sponsorship fee
they have charged service tax .My query is RCM is applicable for pvt ltd or not..related to sponsorship fee..

Service tax for sponsorship services needs be paid service recipient and service provider cannot charge service tax – 30/2012- S No 3.
