Our firm is registered in AOP.Then tell me about service tax reverse charge mechanism system ?

Dear every person is covered in the service tax.
Only if threshold limit of rs. 10 lakh exceeded, only in that case you will fall in regime of service tax.
Subject to the condition
you are not providing negative listed services or exempted service.
Registration is required if service value exceeds rs 9 lakh
