Can any tell me what are the checklist/procedure for remittance of Money out side India By the Company (RBI compliance's).

u need to get form 15CB from CA, and upload form 15CA on nsdl site. enclose both the forms alongwith the letter instructing to make the payment and reason for the payment and invoice to your bank for the remittance. Your bank in turn will coordinate with RBI, you dont need to deal with RBI directly.
