Rates change in GST on goods

GST rate increased from 5% to 12%, the difference 7% how to deal, kindly clarify.

What is the question it. While selling the goods charge 12% GST, while claiming ITC just take whatever proportionate amount paid during purchase (i.e. at 5%)
