Tds is tax collected at source at the time of certain payments and the rate of TDS depends on the nature of payment,e.g. Salary, Interest,Rent, Payment to contractors, Professional Fees etc and not at all depends on any item. So please reform your question so that we can understand the nature of expenses for which you are asking the TDS rate.
