At present, the income tax has no effect on the inflation.
the major reasons for inflation are
1. crude oil price
2. RBI purchased more dollars
3. The lavish spending trend
4. No sufficient prospective for agriculture
5. the growth is mainly concentrated in I.T., service sector, manufacturing sector and not in agricultural sector and in rural areas
