26 March 2009 MY COMPANY WANTS TO DELARE INTERIM DIVIDEND @ 2.5%. SHOULD IT BE PROPORTIONATE IF PERIOD OF DIVIDEND IS 9 MONTHS.

WHETHER IT IS COMPULSORY TO OPEN DIVIDEND ACCOUNT IN BANK EITHER IF COMPANY WANTS TO PAY DIVIDEND IMMEDIATELY WHEN DECLARED. PLEASE REPLY AS IT IS URGENT.
