Given are the details of our firm as appearing in income tax website

TAN MUMW02363E
Category of Deductor Company
Name WADIA GHANDY & COMPANY

We want to change the category of deductor as Partnership firm as we are a partnership firm.

Please tell me procedure to change the same. Will our TAN No. also get change ?

18 January 2013 you need to file the TAN change application in which you need to define the category of deductor as "Partnership Firm".

In no case your # will change.
