WHAT IS THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF MEMBERS PRESENT FOR CONDUCTING ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN CASE OF PVT. LTD. CO.

With regard to company meeting, quorum for general meetings is prescribed under section 174(1) of the Companies Act.
For private company - Minimum 2 members personally present.
This is the minimum quorum. Company is free to prescribe a higher quorum in its Article .
