07 May 2010 We have imported some machines under the EPCG licence at one unit of the Company.

Now we wish to transfer some machines to another unit under the same company.

Kindly let me know how is it possible.

you have imported some machines under the EPCG licence & beyond wanted to install,
AT THE TIME OF ISSUANCE THE EPCG LICENCE FROM CONCERNED REGIONAL LICENSING AUTHORITY, (RLA) THE EXPORTER -IMPORTER / SERVICE PROVIDER WHOSE IS THE FAVOR ISSUNCE THE SUPPORTING MANUFACTURER CAN INSTALLED THIS MACHINE, AND PLEASE KIND ATTN THAT IN YOUR IEC CERTIFICATE ADDRESS MUST BE MENTIONED OTHERWISE AT THE TIME OF REDEMPTION YOU CAN NOT AVAIL THE BENEFIT OF THE EPCG LICENCE .
ARE YOU REGISTERED IN CENTRAL EXCISE WITHIN 6 MONTH THE RLA / CUSTOMS SUBMIT THE INSTALLATION CERTIFICATE.
FROM THE CHARTERED ENGINEER OR CENTRAL EXCISE OFFICE.
