Hi,
Is HRA mandatory to be a part of CTC, even If company is providing accomodation to unskilled??

HRA, if provided by company will always be the part of CTC. But there can be policy in the company not to provide HRA if accomodation is provided by it. It all depends on the Company policy and no statutory rule governs it.
