Dear Sir,
I have one query regarding tds which we have paid on sale of property. Our company have purchase one property around 20lakhs in f.y.2014-15 For which we have deducted 1% tds on sale of property. But the problem is at the time of making of payment i made a date of purchase in the f.y.2013-14 by mistake what is the procedure to amend the same or we have to write a letter to the income tax department for the rectification of the same. Is there any problem while in the income tax assessment. I am awaiting your prompt reply.
