My Client suffering from such a problem,please solve immediately
Paid service tax but still have been send show cause notice after hearing still given an order to pay the full amount which I have already paid with challan as proof even with interest and penalty before the show cause notice was issued..please solve

Dear Sir,
By reading your above mentioned query i feel some information is lacking. But However, check the ground or the service on which they are levying it and if you find that you have already paid it convince the authority with the appropriate discussion along with proof. Eve then if he passes the order then file the petition against the order to the Commissioner of Custom & Central Excise.
