My query is that how much % of donation could be availed on donating 10000 Rs in cash to arya samaj mandir by a private company.

14 April 2014 Deduction u/s 80G depends upon the nature of Instituion you donate:

1. Institutions to which 100% deduction is available. (Approved Institutions)
2. Other Institutions.

First you should ascertain whether the Institution Arya Samaj is approved for the pupose of Section 80G and the approval is valid is on date.

Normally Fifty percent of the donation is eligible for deduction subject to the condition the eligible amount shall not exceed 10% of the Gross Total Income after all deductions under Chapter VIA, except 80G.
