BOA IS REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN IN P/Y2008-09.BUT NOT IN NEXT YEAR BECAUSE SALES DOES NOT EXCEED 40 LAKH.WHETHER ASSESSEE IS REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN BOA CONTINOUSLY OR NOT?
