25 October 2015 A COMPANY IS CONVERTED IN TO LLP SO WILL I GET THE SAME NAME AS THE COMPANY HAS BEFORE IT CONVERT INTO LLP

26 October 2015 Yes , It can get the name of the erstwhile company provided the other guidelines pertaining to name are satisfied. Please refer company (name availability) rules, 2011. Also the NOC of the shareholders of the company stating their no objection for the use of the same name by the LLP after conversion has to be obtained.

It is also advisable you contact the concerned Registrar of Companies before submitting the name application

29 October 2015 As far as I know, ROC will provide only same name as your pvt co. You will not get any other options
