22 April 2009 Hi,
I am an MBA graduate from MET and am now managing my dads Hotel ie. a 3 star hotel in Santacruz - Hotel Milan International Pvt Ltd. (www.milanintl.com) I realise the due date for filing the forms 20B , 23 AC and 66 is 30-4-09. My hotel is a pvt ltd company and registered with ROC since 1984. I need help filling these forms and submitting and paying the fees online.
Would really appreciate it if you could help.

all forms you are talking bout are filled online only.for this you have to download these forms,secondly need digital signature of director of company,same of a company secratory,get scanned your annual return and annual report and fill the form downloaded get them digitally signed........if any further query contact me at - ca.vishalchaturvedi@gmail.com or you call me at +919935047747
