26 October 2013 sir,i passed both groups of ipcc in may2013..and before passing ipcc i took admission in b.com regulr in july2013.i didn't send form 112 while articleship registeration bcoz my college principal refused to sign it!!what should i do now...shall i take the tc from that college and take admission in private b.com??if i do so i will be sending form 112 after taking admission in private b.com.will institute accept this???

26 October 2013 yes, icai will accept this,

you mandatorily stop your regular b.com and as and when your distance b.com is started you can start pursuing this additonal course, and send form 112 to icai with in 30 days from date of joining to private b.com

29 October 2013 if you have done regular b.com during the articleship period and your classes of regular b.com clashes with articleship timings

your clashed period of articles will be cancelled by icai assuming you have not attended to articleship and engaged in b.com classes

so it is recommended to do only distance b.com and regular allowed if timings of college not clash with articleship timings

if you are pursue regular b.com that clashes highly recommended to discontinue
