09 April 2016 sir, Is it possible to get exemption in particular subject even if i score around 20-30 marks in other subject.? thanks in advance

09 April 2016 Yes possible, but why u dont think of pass overall than just exemption in one subject ??

19 July 2025 In most professional exams (like CA, CS, CMA), exemption is granted on a subject if you score a minimum qualifying mark in that subject, usually around 40 or 50%, and your overall marks meet certain criteria.
Scoring 20-30 marks in other subjects may not directly affect exemption in one subject, but overall pass criteria must be met.
For example, if you score above the exemption limit in one subject, you might get exemption for that subject in your next attempt, even if you score low marks in other subjects now.
However, this varies by exam and institute rules, so check the specific guidelines of your exam authority.
