As of the financial year 2023-24, India does not have a Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement (DTAA) with Nigeria.

IN CASE OF NON-RESIDENT, IF SALARY CREDITED DIRECTLY TO INDIAN BANK ACCOUNT BY CONVERTING DOLLER INTO RUPEE THEN SUCH SALARY IS TAXABLE?
