07 June 2016 I am Chartered Accountant of a private limited company. An additional director has to be appointed. For which DIR 12 has to be e- filed on mca site. I will certify DIR 12 as practising chartered accountant in whole time practice with my digital signature. I have a Business User login registered on mca site. can I e-file DIR 12 from my registered login on behalf of the Company. Will the new additional director be added to companies records in e-filing from my login.
Also if YES can I being chartered accountant of company efile other forms on mca site from my login on mca site on behalf of company to meet out companies, company act e filing requirements and pay e filing fees on behalf of the company?

08 June 2016 yes you can file the form and make payment of challan on behalf of the company on MCA Portal, There is no such restriction imposed by MCA for performing such transaction from Specified company user ID only.
