Q1. Differnce between Shareholders, Member, Employee and Directors with regards to company act,

Q2. Max limit of member in HUF ?

Q3. Can only Non Profit making company be limited by guarantee u/s 12 (2) (b) if no share capital ?

24 November 2010 shareholder- one who buys share of company
member- one whose name appears in the register of members
employee- One who entered a contract for service with the employer
Director-An individual who is member of board of director
2. no maximum limit of members
3. No, any compnay can do so.
