from where we find that number .is there mandatory to record board for number of board resolution passed by them.

The Board of Directors are given specific powers by passing resolutions. Even for filing forms, authorization is given to Board of Directors by resolutions. So in this line, you have to mention the Board resolution date and Board resolution number which has empowered the director to digitally sign the form.
