Dear Experts
I have to submit Annexure-19 to excise dept towards export transaction made by us.
I am not able to understand that how to fill Part V of the form. In part V I have to fill the amount of opening balance in credit and the amount is not shown in our UT 1 bond. Please let me know that where shall I get the amount of Opening Balance.

annexure 19 is common for B series bond and UT-1, for UT-1, you have to fill UT-1 in balance, without any digit. as UT-1 has no accounting balance but only the reference balance if the ARE-1 is not received upto the date of submission of UT-1.
