04 November 2010 i am a Scheduled Tribe and was posted in a Tribal area in 2008. i paid tax fully. Can i claim back for tax i paid?

04 November 2010 No, Before paying the tax yourself assess the tax amount to pay to govt. if you missed any deduction/allowance or etc.,


Once you paid the tax amount, you can ask for refund.
