Sir/Mam, I have file my ITR for the ay 12-13 in dec'12. and claim for refund of TDS but not yet received any amount so kindly help me in this matter

You can see your refund status online or you can call them. Download the intimation u/s 143 and verify it that the dept has issued the refund or not.

Go to above web site and enter your PAN and AY 12-13. I t will show your Refund status. There are many reasons for non receipt of refund like change in address or account no. wrongly quoted. Check if problem is resolved.
