We have family business as various different companies.(4 members) Some Proprietory and Partnership. We want to form a common PvT. Ltd. company and get all these companies under one structure.
Please Advice which is the best way to do it.

An existing business can be converted in to a company in any of the following ways:
a) by outright sale
b) a company becoming partner of the firm which will be dissolved thereafter
c) by making partners of the firm the only shareholders of the newly incorporated company.

Yes I agree with the expert but if you are already having companies then you have to sale all the assets to one company and close the other companies and have a single company but kindly take care of the stamp duty.
