09 March 2025 Hi, My transaction is of double seller and double buyer. I am making the last installment of payment and have deposited tds of previous installment and during last installment I am getting following error.

Total of ‘Total amount paid/ credited in previous installments, if any (A)’ + ‘Amount paid/credited currently (B)’ cannot be greater than value present under field ‘Total Value of Consideration’

Pls help to resolve and understand. Thanks

10 March 2025 Need to check all the details to give proper reply, but..
If you have filed four forms with total consideration divided as per shares of each buyer & seller, and if the TDS liability is paid correctly, then avoid the alert.
