It mainly differs from its objects clause in the moa. In simple words, infratech companies mainly focussing on providing infrastructure facilities such as construction, design, even they do roads, bridges and railway tracks etc.,
But real estate companies are acting as developers, builders, constructers of buildings. Their main focus is only on constructing buildings, acquiring lands for the purpose
