28 June 2010 In ITR 5 interest and remuneration paid to partners should be shown under the head interest and salaries or under other provisions in P & L A/c

30 June 2010 In my veiw, it should be shown under other Expenses, Because in item no. 15 of Part A-P& L heading shows, "Compensation to employees". and Partner is not supposed to be employee.
