I am going to get registered in excise and I will deal in : -
1) Steel Tubes & Fitting, black pipes, plastic pipes & fittings, GI pipes & fitting, PVC pipes & fittings, Iron & Steel

You should consult with any professional only CETSH is not required for registration. You are availing the SSI exemption or not and valuation and classification of goods and determine the rate of excise duty on the goods.
