Dear Experts
I want to open CA coaching classes, but m working as chartered accountant and is in whole time service there. Kindly advise me whether can i open it in my any other family member's name and can show myself as a guest faculty there???
If yes, then wat will be the tax provisions applicable on coaching centres, if i open it as sole proprietorship??

Open it in the name of your family members and you be a facality and take your remuneration accordingly
