Hi All
Please solve my query:-
One of mine Public Limited (unlisted) companies director died on 02-07-2011. And we formed e-form 32 somewhere near 24-08-2011.
Our AGM date for the F.Y. 2010 - 2011 is 18-09-2011. Please let me know whether i will show him as director at the time of filing of Annual Return or not. Please guide.

Dear Sir/Madam,
You show the expired director name in the annual return and add one column "Date of Cessation" in the details or list of directors' as on date of AGM i.e. 18/09/2011 under that you fill the date 02/07/2011 for the expired director as the date of cessation.
