Dear All
Request you to please solve my query, which is as follows: -
I have 60 shares in joint name with my brother, in physical form, now i want these shares to be divided to both of us equally in physical form.
Request you to please let me know what is the procedure for it??

You have to send these shares to Copmpany for subdivision of one certificate of 60 shares to 2 certificate of 30 shares each.
After receiving shares you tranfer that a certificate of 30 shares to your brother by submitting transfer deed duly filed up and stamped to the Company

No cant we ask for division of these shares into 30 in favour of me and 30 in favour of my brother directly y the compay's Registrar & Share Transfer Agent and thereafter convert into demat form??
