Hello evreyone
Please let me know that can the minutes of private limited investment company show the share trading done on behalf of the company.
If yes then please provide me with the draft resolution of the same for describing purchase and sell of the shares. Waiting for early reply

If authority to do trading is given to some individuals or Director, then there is no need to give details of all the transactions in the Board Meeting or the Minutes,
However, if your want to provide the same, then simply take a noting of the detailed list that should be given with the Board papers as an attachment.
