I am a businessman .my son working abroad working in a pvt computer co .my query is-
can i show him as employee(as part time computer operator) in my business and transfer 10000 per month or more as salary in his savings ac to save my tax? for ur information he does not transfer or bring money to india from abroad.please guide me.

Though there is nothing that prevents you from doing so. But ethically it is wrong and is simply shameful in my opinion
