23 October 2017 I am a businessman .my son working abroad working in a pvt computer co .my query is-
can i show him as employee(as part time computer operator) in my business and transfer 10000 per month or more as salary in his savings ac to save my tax? for ur information he does not transfer or bring money to india from abroad.please guide me.
