21 March 2013 EXCISE DUTY WILL BE CHARGED AFTER CROSSING THE LIMIT OF 1.50 CRORE. WHEN YOU MAKE SUCH DUTIABLE INVOICE, REGISTRATION SHOULD HAVE WITH YOU AND ALL INFORMATIONS REGARDING EXCISE MUST BE PRINTED ON YOUR INVOICE. THEREFORE, YOU MUST APPLY FOR YOUR REGISTRATION AFTER CROSSING THE LIMIT 1.40 CRORE.
