Dear All,
One pvt. ltd. co. had been purchased. the management had appointed new directors on the Board and the previous promoter director had resigned. Now the management wants to incorporate changes in the MOA and AOA regarding the first directors . they want to remove the name of the first directors of the company from AOA and from the subscribers section of MOA and AOA. is it possible? Please help me out that what I should do for this........should i continue with the existing MOA and AOA or what?>>>>>
