I have by mistakely changed the colour code of ARE-1 and now the excise department is not ready to accept the same due to change in colour code mentioned above the ARE-1. The ARE-1 is made for sale in SEZ. Before the supritendent made this queery my goods were delieverd at unit and was inwarded in SEZ area. Now the supritendent is asking for two original copies send in SEZ which is now practically not possible as SEZ inward stamp are already affixed on inward of my goods. Please direct me how to deal in this matter.

you have to submit original and duplicate only to r/o after shipment,
triplicate and quarduplicate is already with R/O within 24 hrs of shipment,
so which copies are with sez? there is no copy to be ratined by sez, but they have to send both copies sent with goods ( original and duplicate) after sign and seal.
