Hello, all of my Professional Colleague,
I am working in medium firm in Mumbai. My 3rd year of Articleship is going on. I want to do 3 month resedential program inroduced by ICAI. But my principal is denying me to do in articleship period. This Program is part of Articleship Training as per ICAI Rule. Can my partner have power to deny me for GMCS program? Can I take the action against my Principal?
Another question is :-
As per ICAI rule you will get transfer only if your parents transffered from one city to another city. But my Parents is not residing in mumbai. can I take the transfer from my firm?

1.see if you wanna go then principle permission must be reqd....otherwise send a letter to icai for this and ask for what are all remedies....
but they will say as per rules only,....so you have to take other firm wer they will tell ok....
2.u hav to submit transfer certifictae of parent na ....then how will you submit ? so its not material whether u & ur parents residing in diff city
