Please clear last date of IV th quarter return in case of TCS and Payment to non residents before 31st march-2009.
Please treat it urgent.

Hi,
Last date for filing TCS return for quarter ending on 31st March-09 was 30th April-09 and for return on TDS for payment to Non resident for last quarter was 14th April-09. however if credit is made in the account of non resident on 31st March-09 (i.e. no payment is made on 31st march-09) than last date of filing return is 14th June-09.
