My client was served order u/s 271(1)(b)and penalty levied is INR 20,000. How much will be appeal fee u/s 249 of I.T ACT. pls help.
and Also Notice u/s 271(1)(c) was served demanding penalty amounting to INR 41,91,584 by considering INR 1,23,31,816 as income sought to be avoided. how much will be appeal fees before CIT(A)?
