22 December 2009 if Article of association of public company provide that qualification share for director 600 share of Rs 10/- i.e. 6000. as per section 270 Qualification limit can not more than 5000. if Aoa silent then Table A applicable. in this case what will the limit of qualification share.

22 December 2009 it is specifically mentioned in sec 270 that aoa cannot require holding of qualification share more than rs5000/-.and even if it is mentioned ,even than co act prevail
