Qtly etds return filing date on saunday

13 July 2012 For F.Y 2012-13 Q1 eTDS return filing due date is 15th July 2012 i.e on sunday. On sunday all the NSDL offices are closed. In that case is 16th July 12 is due date for filing etds return. pls guide.
