Can anybody please tell me what is QIS and QIM? What purpose does it serve in stock audit in banks?

Quarterly Information Statement / Quarterly information monitoring, FFR (Fund Followup Report), all these contains periodic performance of various item of balance sheet as debotrs, stock, creditors, profit etc. to have banks idea about the company's performance and saftey of its loans..
