I am planning to start some business in trading.
I would like whether to open a pvt ltd company and do the trading or shall I open a firm and do the the trading.
which is good and why ?

Basically the SIZE of organisation with which you are aiming to start the business should decide whether to go in for Company OR Partnership OR proprietorship
