PLZ tell me about applicability of Audit to pvt. ltd. , its based on limit or any other conditions???? , suggest me when to do audit report?
every company is required to audit the account of it by an auditor as per sec 224 read with sec. 226
and auditor has to submit its audit report u/s 227..
therefore in every case, every company is required to audit its accounts..
